We are Walter and Janice Borowski, a gray-haired couple embarking on yet another adventure of a lifetime in 2026! After an unforgettable 116-day Princess World Cruise in 2025, we were so captivated by life at sea that we couldn’t resist doing it again—this time on board Coral Princess on a 131-day Pacific Circle Cruise.

Our journey begins in Fort Lauderdale, Florida, departing on January 5th, and unlike last year’s world cruise, this voyage follows a distinctly different and exciting route. Early in the journey, we’ll return to Colombia, a country we’re happy to visit again, before once more transiting the historic locks of the Panama Canal—an experience that never loses its sense of wonder.

From there, we’ll make two additional stops in Mexico aside from Puerto Vallarta before reaching Los Angeles, where the Pacific chapter of our journey truly begins. After leaving the U.S. West Coast, we’ll sail to Hawaii, easing into the rhythm of the Pacific before continuing on to some of the breathtaking islands of the South Pacific.

Our adventure then carries us onward to New Zealand and Australia, followed by an immersive exploration of Southeast Asia, including ports in Singapore, Hong Kong, Taipei, South Korea, Thailand, Vietnam, Malaysia, and Indonesia. One of the most anticipated highlights of this voyage is our time in Japan, where we’ll enjoy an incredible nine ports of call—timed perfectly to experience the beauty of cherry blossom season, when the country is transformed by delicate pink blooms.

After Japan, we head north to Alaska, trading springtime blossoms for glaciers, wildlife, and dramatic coastal scenery. The final stretch of our journey brings us to British Columbia, with stops in Victoria and Vancouver, before continuing down the West Coast of the United States and concluding our adventure on May 16th in Los Angeles.

As a couple who has always loved exploring the world together, this Pacific Circle cruise reflects our shared passion for travel, curiosity, and adventure.
